There are several ways to get in contact with me. Below is a description of what should be sent to what email address. Obviously having this many addresses has the potential to be cumbersome and inconvenient to me, but then it also could work out very well. So I'll keep this system in place for now. So have a read and send me your letters. I look forward to hearing from you! General email address This address is meant for general questions and comments about the site. Please make sure to put something about the site in the Subject line of your email, or it will be deleted. Also, please don't write me just to complain about some content on my site that you didn't like. I won't do anything to placate you, and you'd only be wasting your time. I really don't care about comments like that. This is my outlet for creative expression, and I'm not going to take something off of it just because someone finds it offensive. That being said, if you have a legitimate comment about my site's content—such as a link that's broken or an image that won't display—then please by all means send it along. I work to make my site as convenient and user-friendly as possible and broken page elements are hardly convenient or user-friendly. Custom projects email address This address is meant for custom sewing, jewelry, or website projects. Please read my Custom Ordering Information before sending any sewing or jewelry projects to this address so that you know what to include in the Subject line and body of your letter. General questions related to any of the projects in the sewing, jewelry, website galleries should be directed to the general email address. Recipes email address I'm always looking for nummy things to add to my Recipes page. PLEASE ONLY SEND ME A RECIPE IF YOU YOURSELF HAVE TRIED IT BEFORE. In fact, I'd be delighted if you could include a short review for any and all recipes you send me. I would be even more delighted if you want to try a recipe I already have up but have never made and send me a review for that. So please feel free to do so. Mailing List address If you want information on when I update the site, then send a letter with an appopriate word or phrase (such as "Subscribe" or "Firesong Mailing List") in the Subject line. Then I'll send you an alert every time I add new content to the site. |
